Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at mrtraedpte2026@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and an address to send the item back.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged item being sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they have shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it following our return process once it arrives.
